Do you gift wrap?
Yes! For a small charge of just $2.99 (at checkout), we will gift wrap your purchase(s) in the style of our branded wrapping with ribbon weave. We will gladly include a custom gift message as well, written and gifted in an envelope. Email your gift message to us, or we'll contact you before shipping.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund in the form of original payment, minus shipping fees. Note, returned items must be unopened, in as-new condition with tags intact.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we're happy to exchange items. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
What if I forget my password?
Simply click the “forgot my password” link upon logging in and we will confidentially send you instructions to reset your password. Please remember, we take your privacy seriously and will never send you an unsolicited email asking for you to hand over your information.
